Build and implement growth strategies that directly contribute to achieving KPIs and business objectives. 5. Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and owned channels. 6. Continuously evaluate market opportunities to set aggressive yet achievable benchmarks for success. 7. Ensure the delivery of creative and compelling content to engage target audiences effectively. 8. Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI. 9. Do digital marketing. Requirements Proven track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets in customer acquisition and retention. Expertise in using marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and digital marketing systems to track and optimize performance. Strong analytical skills with experience in translating data into actionable strategies. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
