Business Development Specialist Intern- Client Acquisition

Are you passionate about recruitment and business development, and ready to gain
hands-on experience in a real business environment? We're hiring a proactive and
driven Business Development Specialist Intern to support our team remotely. If you're
ambitious, organized, and skilled in outreach and client engagement, we want to hear
from you!
Tasks Assist in daily operations related to client acquisition and recruitment
coordination.
Research and identify potential clients who may benefit from our recruitment
services.
Conduct outreach to companies via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to
present our services.
Support the client onboarding process and maintain professional
communication throughout.
Draft proposals, client outreach messages, and service presentations.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to align client requirements with candidate
sourcing.
Maintain CRM/Excel sheets to track outreach, leads, and progress.
RequirementsEnglish proficiency: C1 or higher (written and spoken).
Previous experience or exposure in business development, client outreach, or
recruitment services.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail with a structured work approach.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and professional email/LinkedIn
communication.
Internship Details
Type: Remote / Part-time
Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: 6 months
Working hours: 15-20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Compensation: Unpaid internship with a performance-based bonus for
meeting key milestones and goals.
