WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Are you passionate about the intersection of deep technology and business strategy? This is your chance to step into the operational core of a fast-growing climate tech startup.You won't be on the sidelines: you'll work directly with our CTO's Chief of Staff Lorenz to drive the strategic initiatives that scale our technical vision.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Drive Strategic Tech Initiatives: own and execute key projects across our technology organization, from IP strategy and process automation to building our tech roadmap.
• Deliver C-Level Insights: conduct powerful techno-economic analyses and build the data-driven frameworks that shape decisions made by our CTO and senior leadership.
• Build Our AI-Powered Operational Engine: lead the design and implementation of a data-driven process analysis structure, leveraging AI to optimize how our tech teams operate.
• Champion Cross-Functional Execution: serve as a key link between Engineering, People & Culture, and Legal to ensure strategic projects are delivered on time and with impact.

Your profile

Must haves:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in an analytical or technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Physics, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal).
• A proactive and self-motivated work ethic, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Preferred:

• Genuine interest in climate tech, innovation, and how great technology organizations are built.
• First experience with data analysis; familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a strong plus.
• Leadership experience in student initiatives, personal projects, or a previous internship is highly valued.
