About the TeamTikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities
- Identify relevant sellers for onboarding based on available lead lists and own industry research, support merchant acquisition and - once onboarded - first product listings and sales.
- Cooperate with account managers to do a good job in daily merchant maintenance, analyze the growth opportunities of merchants through data analysis, and continuously improve the operational capabilities and output of merchants on the platform.
- Assist in cross-team communication, including collaborating with major promotion and influencer teams to follow up on merchant live broadcasts, be familiar with various processes and links of platform products, and assist in handling various processes such as merchant onboarding and product uploading to promote the optimization of the overall process.
- Follow up on product selection and submission for key special projects and promotional activities, as well as the tracking and analysis of the effects of activities after the events.

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Bachelor/Master in university, graduating in or after 2026, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis;
- Proficient in both English and German to collaborate with internal and external clients.
- Highly interested in the e-commerce industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
- Understand the short video and live broadcast ecosystems of TikTok. Preferred Qualifications
- Be sensitive to data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool.
- Have excellent communication skills and good coordination abilities.
