What we are looking for:

To support us on our mission, we are looking for a highly motivated Intern or Working Student to join our Office and Culture Team. We’re dedicated to creating a workplace where everyone feels inspired, valued, and empowered to contribute to our shared goals. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in office management, event coordination, and team collaboration - all while playing an active part in shaping a vibrant office culture. 

Supporting day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing the office mailbox and serving as the primary point of contact for all queries

Helping to maintain office facilities and coordinating repairs or maintenance as needed

Monitoring office supplies and assisting with inventory management

Assist in maintaining a positive office culture

Supporting the planning and execution of internal team events and cultural initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

Easy to work with

Sense of urgency

Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, ideally in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field

Reliable, proactive, and eager to take initiative

Friendly and approachable with a team-first attitude

Organized and detail-oriented with a hands-on mentality

Strong communication skills in both English and German (verbal and written)

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience in an office environment or administrative role is a plus

Accurate work ethic with an eye for detail

Positive mindset, adaptability, and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Passion for creating a welcoming and engaging workplace atmosphere
