We are looking for a Business Development Intern to join our People Department. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in driving our People Growth Plan, contributing to the success of critical departments, and supporting our expansion into new hiring markets. This internship is a unique opportunity for a proactive, data-driven, and eager-to-learn individual to develop their skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
We can offer an internship with a duration of 3 to 6 months—either as a voluntary or mandatory internship. Our preferred starting date would be 01.12.2025, but this can be discussed during the process.

Job Description- Support our teams in aligning their talent needs with business growth objectives.
- Conduct research and data analysis to understand talent acquisition processes, onboarding strategies for new markets, and data-driven improvements for recruitment efficiency.
- Analyze recruitment KPIs to identify trends, improve funnel efficiency, and optimize time-to-hire and cost-per-hire metrics.
- Contribute to sourcing strategies and processes to support international growth and operational scalability.
- Participate in business expansion projects by identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence within the People function.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, management, or a related field, with a strong interest in talent acquisition and business development.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to conduct research and interpret recruitment metrics.
- A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of project-based tasks.
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong plus.
- A passion for working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and contributing to international expansion efforts.
