IN A NUTSHELL

The internship gives an insight in the Design HotelsTM activities in the Asia-Pacific area. The intern is supporting the team in all projects related to Sales, Public Relations and Business Development.

Opening: August 2025

Duration: 6 months

Compensation: SGD 1000 / month

The internship must be a compulsory part of the study program

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Marketing

Organization and co-ordination of sales events and other sales related membership services

Pre- and Post-event follow up assistance for sales events

Assistance with day-to-day sales activities like preparation of presentations

Participate in external market research and analysis for APAC region on Covid-19 recovery, geo-source and travel trends

Conduct internal analysis and presentation for monthly sales production report

Account Management, Portfolio- and Business Development

Assisting in establishing relationships with potential marketing partners in the region and identify opportunities for joint marketing activities and events

Supporting Business Development team with monthly reports

EXPERIENCE & MINDSET

Team player with excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and administrative skills

Strong Excel & data research skills

Passionate and experienced in hospitality sector

Creative and attention to detail

Independent and highly self-motivated

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience working with Keynote are beneficial
