Our Mission

At Terra One, we’re scaling renewable energy infrastructure by advancing battery storage technology and AI-powered energy trading across Europe. Our storage systems ensure clean energy is available exactly when it’s needed, reducing CO₂ emissions and enhancing grid stability. At the same time, our proprietary trading models maximize the efficient use of green electricity in real time.

To support this mission, we’re looking for a motivated working student or Intern who’s eager to apply data skills to one of the biggest challenges in Germany.

Your Role

As an intern in the Business Development Team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our core development operations. You’ll work closely with the development and acquisition team to ensure processes are smooth and reliable. This is either a full-time intern position, ideal for someone who wants to apply their knowledge and work in an impact-driven environment. Proficiency in German is required as all documentation and most communication within the team is in German.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain and prepare documents from our projects and pipelines

• Support in keeping our internal documentation reporting up to date

• Build automations to make our processes and workflows more efficient

• Work closely across teams and with development leadership

Your Profile

• We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented student with an interest in project development.

• Well-organized and comfortable with working across multiple tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Hubspot, Notion etc.)

• Eager to learn and work closely within a team environment to bring value

• Ready to take feedback and learn from it to work more efficient and independent

Working Hours:

The internship position is full-time (40 hours/week).

Bonus points if you have:

• First experience in project/business development or the BESS industry (e.g., internships or student jobs)

• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills, CRM

• Confident in communicating in both German (C1) and English (B2-C1)
