Intern - Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

Support the HR team in the entire recruiting process, such as:

  • Managing applications using recruitment software
  • Initial communication with candidates
  • Planning and organizing interviews
  • Aiding in the creation of job postings and screening candidates
  • Offering timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Facilitating the reimbursement process for travel expenses incurred by applicants
  • Contributing to Employer Branding initiatives
  • Handling various administrative responsibilities

    • What we expect:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or related field (completed or almost completed)
  • Strong interest and preferably some exposure to working in HR
  • Ability to work in a structured, reliable, and accurate way
  • Proactive and solution-oriented work approach
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Very good knowledge of relevant MS Office applications
  • Demonstrable commitment to Finance in Motion´s vision/mission
