We are a Munich-based CleanTech startup accelerating the expansion of renewable energy with innovative technologies to ensure a sustainable and future-proof energy supply – for our planet and future generations. Our mission is to rethink the challenges of the energy transition and make Feldwerke the new standard: combining energy and agriculture on the same land. To achieve this, we develop the sustainable concepts of Agri-PV. Since our founding in 2023, we have, among other achievements, developed the largest Agri-PV plant of its kind in record time, which is now under construction. In addition, dozens of projects are already in advanced stages. We are growing fast: 5x YoY growth. 7-digit profitability. 100% bootstrapped and investor-independent.

As a Founders Associate, you will work side by side with the founding team and take on real ownership from day one. You choose your home track based on your strengths – and gain exposure to other functions to find out where you create the most value.
You will become a key driver of Feldwerke’s next growth chapter – whether in sales, project development, marketing or people. The goal is to maximize your impact to revolutionize solar expansion.

Sales & Business Development · Project Development · Marketing & Communications · People & HR
1) Sales & Business Development
(For people who enjoy communication, structured outreach, and building relationships)
You will:
- Drive outreach to landowners, partners & stakeholders in the Agri-PV ecosystem
- Qualify leads, structure cases, and set up pitch materials
- Prepare and present analyses that enable investment & project decisions
- Understand the economics of Agri-PV and support commercial modelling
- Represent Feldwerke in meetings and build long-term relationships

2) Project Development
(For people who enjoy structuring complex processes & managing technical stakeholders)
You will:
- Support project setups from site identification to zoning and permitting
- Prepare documents for municipalities, councils & grid operators
- Coordinate stakeholders (planners, consultants, landowners, legal)
- Analyze regulatory frameworks and help secure critical milestones
- Improve internal processes for scaling Agri-PV projects

3) Marketing & Communications
(For people who love storytelling, content and shaping how a brand shows up)
You will:
- Shape Feldwerke’s positioning and external presence
- Create content (LinkedIn posts, visuals, one-pagers, pitch decks)
- Prepare communication for landowners, municipalities & the press
- Support, organize and conduct brand campaigns, presentations, and webinars
- represent Feldwerke at events & fairs
- Turn complex Agri-PV topics into simple, compelling narratives

4) People & HR

You will:
- Support hiring by drafting job profiles, screening candidates & coordinating interviews and conducting them
- Improve our onboarding and internal processes
- Help build a strong employer brand and candidate experience
- Prepare internal rituals (all-hands, offsites, feedback cycles)
- Support organizational development with the founders

Qualifikation🎓 What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, HR, or a related field – or relevant experience through internships, startups or your own projects
- First experience in at least one of the tracks (Sales/BizDev, Project Dev, Marketing/Comms, People/HR)
- A strong “ownership mentality”: you like building things rather than just executing
- High intrinsic motivation for renewable energy & climate impact
- Clear communication skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in German; English is a plus
