Your mission

Become a part of our Operational Excellence team and help us continuously optimize and improve the way we work at Finoa day by day. You'll gain deep insights into the operational frameworks of a modern, regulated financial institution and actively contribute to strengthening our operational performance.

In this role, you will:

• Be part of and assist the Operations team in all aspects of their duties with focus on: 

  • Internal automation and optimization initiatives

    • Support in the planning and execution of operational efficiency and automation initiatives

    • Build automated workflows in tools like ServiceNow and Google Workspace

    • Implement AI use cases

    • Identify and help to coordinate optimization projects

  •  Vendor Management

    • Assist in the whole vendor lifecycle from procurement requests, third party risk assessments, contracting and onboarding services to monitoring vendor KPIs and SLAs, to exit and termination strategies

  • Process Management

    • Strengthen Finoa’s International Group setting by supporting the development of a strategic process governance 

  • Project Coordination

    • You will work closely with all departments of Finoa and help to drive projects and initiatives in a cross-functional setting

What you need to be successful:

• You are naturally driven to improve processes, challenge the status quo, and drive meaningful change within a young and agile organization

• You are currently pursuing your bachelor or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study

• Good level of knowledge of Office Applications

• Experience with AI Tools, Process Design or Automation Tools is a plus 

• Structured and analytical thinking, as well as a meticulous and independent working style

• You are fluent in English – German and any other language is a plus

• You have an affinity for AI Tools, Process Optimization and Automating Workflows
