Operations / Project Management Internship in Potsdam

What You’ll Do 

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of international projects.
• Assist in optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with teams across different departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on project status and performance.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Help manage relationships with partners and stakeholders in our focus markets.

Required Skills

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
