  • Integration as a full team member in LG's online shop projects
  • Support for our ordering processes to ensure correct system handling, successful order processing, and after-sales service
  • Process optimization through active collaboration and coordination between the relevant LG departments at a global level
  • Preparation of documents with current trade data for project controlling
  • Supporting product launches for all product areas
  • Preparing regular analyses and ad hoc reports for top management
  • Supporting the accounts receivable team with open transactions
  • Supporting and reviewing customer returns
    • Your qualifications
  • Mandatory or voluntary internship possible
  • Ideally, a degree in one of the following fields: computer science, business administration, marketing, media informatics, retail management, or a comparable degree program with a focus on IT and/or communication
  • Enthusiasm for retail topics and the presentation of high-tech products in e-commerce
  • Willingness to learn and interest in gaining practical experience in a real working environment as a team player and independently
  • Confident MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Confident German and English skills
