More About The Role

• Translate business questions into clear data tasks by partnering with analysts and engineers

• Validate and profile datasets across regions to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Test data products document findings and recommend improvements

• Explore and document new data sources including structure and integration needs

• Support development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports

• Assist with onboarding to new data/automation platforms and asset migration

• Create clear documentation and knowledge materials to enable smooth handovers

More About You

• Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Information Systems Statistics Engineering or a related field
• Foundation in SQL with the ability to write basic-to-intermediate queries and an eagerness to learn optimization techniques
• Familiarity with BI tools (ideally Power BI) and an interest in building interactive reports
• Strong attention to detail structured thinking and a willingness to test troubleshoot and document findings
• Ability to communicate clearly collaborate with cross-functional teams and ask thoughtful questions
• Curiosity about customer experience analytics multi-channel data and how data supports business outcomes
