At TheHRchapter we are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Trainee / Intern to support our administrative, automation, procurement & commercial activities.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, comfortable working independently, and eager to gain hands-on experience in digital operations within a modern, international environment in an Agentic AI-powered company related to Transformation & HR Consultancy services!

You will work remotely, collaborate with different business functions, and contribute to improving operational efficiency through structured administration and smart use of technology.

  • Hours: 20 to 30 hours per week, flexible contract

  • Location: Remote (EMEA time zone)

  • Type: Internship / Traineeship

  • Contract: Initial 3-month contract (extension depending on performance and initiative)

  • Internship Compensation: €250 per month

🧩 What You Will Do

In this role, you will be responsible for:

📋 Performing and managing administrative tasks with high accuracy

🤖 Supporting automation initiatives (workflows, tools, digital forms, dashboards)

🛒 Assisting with procurement activities (supplier data, purchase requests, public and private tenders, commercial opportunities, comparisons)

📊 Maintaining trackers, databases, and drafting documentation with AI

🔍 Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process improvements

🤝 Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors

📁 Supporting compliance, reporting, and structured record-keeping

🎓 Who You Are
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field (Business, Administration, Supply Chain, HR, IT, or similar)

  • Strong in administrative work and highly detail-oriented

  • Tech-savvy, with confidence using digital tools (Excel required; Jira, Automation tools are a plus)

  • Able to work autonomously and responsibly in a remote setup

  • Structured, proactive, and reliable

  • Language requirements:

🇬🇧 Fluent English (mandatory)

🇳🇱 Advanced Dutch (strongly desirable!)

🇪🇸 Spanish (nice-to-have)
