Your mission

As a Growth & Strategy Intern at revel8, you are at the heart of our expansion, blending analytical thinking with hands-on execution to scale our market presence specifically within the Italian market. You are a key driver of our revenue engine in Italy, identifying untapped market potential and converting it into tangible growth.

How your day-to-day will look like:
 

• Shape our Growth Strategy: Test and optimize growth experiments tailored to the Italian business landscape. Find scalable ways to generate new leads and fill the sales funnel by identifying promising companies across Italy. Use cutting-edge tools to automate our outreach and growth processes.
• Scale our Business: Be part of the full growth journey—from identifying Italian leads to engaging with potential customers and closing deals. As you grow into the role, you’ll take increasing ownership of your own opportunities, guiding them through the entire sales funnel.
• Strategic Company Building: Support diverse strategic initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects that shape the direction of our company—from creating localized materials for investors and customers, to supporting product feedback loops based on the needs of the Italian market.
• Represent revel8: Be the face of our company at Italian-focused webinars, events, and customer calls. Understand the specific needs of our Italian clients and feed your insights directly into our global growth strategy.

Is it you we are looking for?

You are...

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, whether in Business, Economics, Engineering, or another field that sharpened your analytical thinking and entrepreneurial mindset. We welcome diverse backgrounds. What matters most is your curiosity, motivation, and ability to take ownership.
• Eager to Learn: You want to learn as much about how to grow a startup as possible in 3-6 months.
• Curious & Innovative: You love exploring new approaches, challenging the status quo, and solving real problems.
• Excited about Cybersecurity & AI: You’re curious about how AI is transforming the cybersecurity space and eager to rethink how security awareness is done.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and ready to dive into building scalable processes through automation.
• A Confident Communicator: You enjoy interacting with potential customers and feel comfortable presenting your ideas.
• A motivated & goal-oriented self-starter: You take initiative, work independently, and bring a strong sense of ownership to everything you do. You enjoy setting ambitious goals and finding new ways to reach them.
• Fluent in Italian and English, German is a plus: You can communicate confidently with our team, our clients and other stakeholders.

About us

revel8 is building the next generation of cybersecurity awareness for the age of GenAI. We help organizations protect themselves against modern social engineering attacks by turning their employees into an active line of defense against modern cyber threats.

Today, we are a team of around 25 ambitious individuals - and this is only the beginning of our revellion. We are currently based in Berlin and are preparing an exciting next chapter: in February 2026, we will open our brand-new office in Munich and move our entire team there. As we grow, we’re not just aiming to build a great product, we’re creating a place where revels can do their best work and grow along the way.
