KG Organization Transformation of Industry Business Unit Technical Functions Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Student (Not Yet Graduated) Location: ERL S SP 9Mode of Employment: Full-time / Fixed TermA Snapshot of Your Day This role is established to support the extended responsibilities within the Transformation of Industry (TI) AI area, which is now venturing into Generative AI. This internship is designed to provide dedicated assistance for the development of a new GenAI portfolio, addressing a clear business need to innovate and expand current offerings. To achieve this, the role will concentrate on three core areas: conducting market and technology research to understand the GenAI landscape, supporting the analysis of the existing portfolio to identify integration opportunities, and assisting in the conceptualization of new AI-driven solutions. This structure ensures a focused approach to exploring and developing practical GenAI applications for our business. Given the focus on research and conceptual development, the ideal candidate is a current student in a technical or business-related field with a strong, demonstrable interest in Artificial Intelligence. Key requirements include analytical skills for market assessment, effective communication for presenting findings, and the ability to collaborate within a team of senior professionals.How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • 50% GenAI Market & Technology Research
  • Conduct research on current Generative AI trends, tools, and applications relevant to the industrial and energy sectors
  • Analyze competitor activities and solutions that leverage GenAI within the compression and industrial markets
  • Summarize and present research findings, market insights, and technology assessments to the portfolio development team
  • 30% Portfolio Analysis & Concept Support
  • Assist in analyzing the existing sales and service portfolio to identify opportunities for GenAI integration or enhancement
  • Support brainstorming and ideation sessions for new GenAI-based service offerings or internal sales productivity tools
  • Help create initial concept documents, business cases, and presentations for potential GenAI projects under team supervision
  • 20% Team & Project Support
  • Provide administrative and organizational support for project meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and documenting minutes
  • Assist in tracking project progress, action items, and key decisions related to GenAI initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members to gather data and support the preparation of internal reports and updates

  • Currently studying in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Artificial Intelligence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Strong interest in generative AI and its business applications
  • Technical and analytical skills such as market research, data analysis, artificial intelligence (AI), and business acumen
  • Confident communication and adaptability within our team
