The following responsibilities are awaiting you:

• You support the migration of existing digital learning content to a new platform.


• You upload content with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.


• You ensure adherence to defined structures, naming conventions, and quality standards.


• You tag, categorize, and structure content according to predefined guidelines.


• You contribute to consistency and improved content findability and searchability across the platform.


• You assist with documentation and simple project-related administrative tasks.


• You prepare basic overviews, lists, and trackers for the team.


• You support meeting preparation, including gathering materials and updating project trackers.

What we expect from you:

• 
  You are interested in digital content management, scientific projects, and project coordination, and you would like to gain hands‑on experience in an international medical context.
  


• You are enrolled as a student (e.g., in medicine, life sciences, health sciences, medical communication, or a related field).


• You have an interest in medical aesthetics, pharma regulations, digital platforms, content management, and structured work.


• 
  You are reliable, detail‑oriented, and well‑organized.
  


• You feel confident working with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); a strong digital affinity is a plus.


• You have very good English skills; German is optional.
