Key responsibilities
Are you looking for an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a truly global environment? Join the COO Office at Allianz Partners and support our COO Office and Operations team in driving strategic priorities, strengthening day‑to‑day operations, and ensuring clear, simple communication across our global community. As an Intern or Working Student, you will gain practical experience, take ownership of meaningful tasks, and build your professional network within a dynamic, international organization.
Your tasks include:
Support the day‑to‑day rhythm of the COO Office
You’ll help keep topics moving by supporting the team with structure, coordination, and follow‑ups.
- Gather input from teams and consolidate information for the COO Office.
- Track actions and deadlines across different topics and remind stakeholders as needed.
- Prepare short summaries, overviews, or simple slide drafts to support ongoing work.
- Help keep shared documents, trackers, and files organized and up to date.
Maintain clarity and transparency across Operations
You’ll help make sure people have the information they need, simply, clearly, and on time.
- Keep COO‑related intranet pages up to date and easy to navigate.
- Support publishing short updates or posts about relevant topics.
- Work with our OPS and the COM team when needed to ensure content is aligned and consistent.
- Maintain small communication basics (no heavy campaigns) to help colleagues stay informed.
Assist with cross‑functional initiatives and small projects
You’ll get insight into how global Operations run by contributing to concrete tasks.
- Help collect data or feedback for specific topics or initiatives.
- Support the preparation of materials for meetings, workshops, or leadership touchpoints.
- Provide hands‑on support wherever the COO Office needs an extra pair of hands.
Key requirements
- You are an enrolled student in business, communications, social sciences, or a similar field
- First experience in a corporate or international environment through internships, projects, or student jobs is a plus.
- A proactive, reliable team player with a positive attitude and the confidence to work with colleagues across functions and countries.
- Solid skills in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
- An organized and structured way of working, with strong attention to detail and the ability to keep several topics moving at once.
- Ability to understand information quickly, summarize it clearly, and identify what is important.
- Curious, open‑minded, and willing to bring in ideas to help improve how we work and communicate.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German or French is an advantage but not required.
