Your mission

You will work closely with Founders and leadership to support strategy, growth, and operations across the company.

  • Hiring: Support recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, coordination and evaluation.
  • Marketing & Public Relations: Strengthen Omegga’s external presence by managing communication channels, preparing press materials and supporting media interactions.
  • Project Management: Coordinate cross functional projects from concept to execution. Ensure clear priorities, structured workflows and timely delivery.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Conduct research, prepare analyses and support strategic planning efforts. Organize and facilitate workshops to translate ideas into actionable initiatives.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new opportunities with customers, partners and investors.
  • Operations: Assist with operational tasks and internal coordination to ensure smooth day to day execution.
Your profile

Experience

  • Initial experience in project management, marketing/PR, strategy consulting, startups or business development
  • Experience working in fast moving or entrepreneurial environments is a plus
Skills
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to structure complex topics and derive clear conclusions
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Problem Solving: Structured and pragmatic approach to challenges
  • Tech Affinity: Interest in emerging technologies and digital tools
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Data Literacy: Ability to analyze data and support decision making
