Supporting the Competence Center Development in improving and adapting processes Supporting the development and integration of production resources, platforms, and digital tools Creating project plans, independently tracking and evaluating work packages Preparing, supporting, and independently conducting workshops Product development of technical training for aviation, including analyzing operational training requirements and deriving technical solution proposals Introducing and evaluating new training formats

Qualifikation:At the time of the internship, you are enrolled in at least the 3rd semester of your studies Enrollment must be maintained for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and written proof of a mandatory internship must be included in the application), or the internship Good IT skills (MS Office) Basic project management knowledge Hands-on mentality Strong communication skills Very good command of English Clear verbal and written communication Ability to work in a team Curiosity and willingness to learn Sense of responsibility Careful and structured working style Reliability Flexibility Ability to work under pressure Further information can also be found in our FAQs .
