We are traide AI - a VC-backed, B2B deep tech startup based in Berlin, using AI to solve one of the most overlooked yet critical challenges in international trade: customs compliance. Our software automates product classification, reduces regulatory errors, and helps customers save up to 83% of their time. Trusted by leading brands like Siemens Healthineers, Continental, and Jack Wolfskin, we’ve achieved 4x growth over the past 12 months – and we’re just getting started. Your tasks

Take ownership of your own (sub-)projects in areas such as finance, people & culture, business development, or operations
Support the Chief of Staff in both operational and strategic topics, working closely with the founders
Contribute to developing our organization and gain insights into recruiting and finance processes
Help plan and organize internal events (e.g. team events, all-hands meetings) and shape our team culture

Who we’re looking for

You are in the advanced stages of your Bachelor’s or already doing your Master’s degree - ideally in a business-related field
You are motivated to take on a wide range of tasks and bring a hands-on mentality
You have excellent German and English skills
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
You have good organizational and project management skills to drive projects independently
Initial experience in consulting, start-ups, or project management is a plus
Availability: at least 4 months (onsite in Berlin)
