Working Hours: Flexible (20 hrs per week more or less upon request). Feel free to write the amount of working hours that you need/want. We are open from

10.00 to 14.00 and 15.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday, all year long.

Monitoring plan:

The intern will be monitored upon the completion of the daily tasks assigned to him/her regarding the Department duties and under constant guidance. The intern will send weekly reports that will form part of the monitoring process.

Evaluation plan:

The evaluation process will be determined upon the weekly reports sent by the intern, the performance within the office and the team of internationals until finally narrowing his/her general performance and complete her/his evaluation.

Knowledge, skills and competences to be acquired by the end of the traineeship (expected Learning Outcomes):

Improve English language knowledge and communication abilities, acquiring awareness on the importance and beneficial role of cross cultural connections, learn office practices and the standard operating procedures, increase dynamism and adapt to new situations through competence and continuous training.
