Your mission

Monitor temperature, storage conditions, and production processes
Perform end-product quality checks before dispatch
Measure and verify critical temperatures (cooking, cooling, storage)
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Check recipe compliance (ingredients, quantities, process steps)
Identify and report deviations in production and final products
Record and document all measurements and findings
Support continuous process and quality improvement

Your profile

Student (m/f/d), ideally in:
- Food Science / Food Technology
- Biology / Chemistry / Nutrition
- or a related field
Alternatively: strong interest in food quality and structured work
Reliable, detail-oriented, and disciplined
Comfortable working with measurements, checklists, and standards
Available for early shift (06:00–10:00)
First experience in kitchen or production is a plus, but not required
