We are traide AI – a VC-backed, B2B deep-tech startup based in Berlin, using AI to solve one of the most overlooked yet critical challenges in international trade: customs compliance. Our software automates product classification, reduces regulatory errors, and helps customers save up to 83% of their time and costs. Trusted by leading brands like Siemens Healthineers, Koro, and Rimowa, we’ve grown 4x over the past 12 months and we’re just getting started. As we continue to scale, we’re building a strong Partner Ecosystem and we’re looking for a motivated Intern for Partner Community to help us build, support, and grow it. You will collaborate closely with our Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams and play a key role in making our partners successful, active, and engaged.
Your tasks

Support the development and expansion of our partner network
Collaborate closely with different teams to ensure partners are fully enabled
Coordinate and support the entire partner onboarding process
Create and improve partner materials, training content, and documentation to help partners promote and sell traide AI effectively
Identify partner needs and provide feedback to improve our partner program
Ensure partners stay active, engaged, and well-supported through regular communication
Assist in planning and organizing partner enablement sessions, events, and community activities
Track key metrics related to partner engagement and provide regular updates to the leadership team

Who we’re looking for

You are an enrolled student in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Business, or a related field
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for building and maintaining partner relationships
A structured, proactive working style and motivation to drive a topic end-to-end
High interest in SaaS, B2B, partnerships, or ecosystem building
First work experience in startups is a plus
Experience using HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus
Fluency in German and English
A self-starter mentality with a sense of ownership and curiosity
