We’re hiring ambitious interns in exchange for academic credit for Summer and Fall 2026 across several focus areas:
- Retail Operations & Brand Onboarding
- Marketing, Content, & Communications
- Finance & Strategic Operations
- Investor Relations & Fundraising
This hybrid and/or remote internship is designed for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience inside a high-growth startup redefining the future of retail. You’ll work directly with senior leadership on real-world challenges—from marketplace logistics to brand partnerships and from investor decks to financial modelling.
You’ll gain exposure to startup operations, strategic planning, investor communications, retail development, and cross-border expansion. Ideal candidates are resourceful, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute meaningfully from day one.
Aufgaben
Retail Ops & Brand Onboarding
- Assist with product intake, inventory tracking, and pop-up preparation.
- Support communication with DTC brands and help streamline onboarding.
- Conduct research on trends, competitor activations, and retail innovations.
Marketing & Content
- Draft social copy, newsletters, and web content.
- Coordinate assets for upcoming campaigns or activations.
- Help document and archive Le Magasin case studies.
Finance & Strategic Operations
- Support our fractional CFO with budgeting tools, financial reports, and reconciliations.
- Assist in tracking brand payments, vendor costs, and performance benchmarks.
- Research financial structures of comparable business models.
Investor Relations & Fundraising
- Help prepare pitch materials, investor memos, and grant applications.
- Track outreach to VCs, family offices, and public funding bodies.
- Research relevant funding competitions or grant cycles in EU and US markets.
Anforderungen
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Finance, Design, Marketing, Real Estate, Entrepreneurship, or related relevant field for each division preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, organized, concise and proactive.
- Curious about startups, retail, and building across disciplines.
- Experience with Notion, Google Workspace, Canva, Airtable, Hubspot, or Figma preferred.
- For Finance/Fundraising roles: MS Excel and/or Google Sheets fluency and confidence with numbers is key.
- C1 German and/or C1 French proficiency is an advantage.
