We are looking for someone who is eager to bring their organizational skills into a startup environment and help create an office that is welcoming, well-organized, and runs smoothly. In this Internship role, you will support the Head of Operations and Head of People in day-to-day activities, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

Tasks

• Coordinate office operations in Heidelberg (cleaning staff, service providers, equipment, office supplies)
• Support the organization of internal (e.g. company-wide workshops, leadership offsites) and external events
• Coordinate scheduling, bookings, travel, and on-site logistics
• Maintain and manage the company-wide calendar, ensuring visibility of key milestones
• Support HR onboarding processes (tool access, workflows, structured documentation, welcome materials)
• Assist in organizing employee benefits, such as mobility or housing solutions

Requirements

• This is a on-site position based in or near Heidelberg
• Professional-level German and strong English skills
• Strong organizational skills and reliability
• Proactive, hands-on working style
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office
• Interest in operations, HR, or business administration

Nice-to-have

• Familiar with SaaS tools (e.g., HubSpot, Jira, or similar platforms
