Team Introduction
The German Content Operations team partners with the country's leading creators, broadcasters and digital publishers to accelerate content growth and scale on TikTok. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Purpose of the Role We are seeking a positive, self-motivated, and highly organised Content Operations Specialist to support initiatives that enable creators and publishers to accelerate content growth and elevate quality on TikTok. The role will support the rollout of high-impact growth programs, helping creators and partners optimise performance, scale their presence, and increase the supply of high-quality content on the platform. Responsibilities - Maintain the team content calendar, ensuring campaigns, programming levers and trend activations are accurately tracked and up to date - Coordinate inputs from cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines, priorities and campaign details - Support execution of in-app programming, including setup of push notifications, internal ads and mini-pages - Track campaign progress and ensure timely updates, flagging gaps or delays to the Manager - Identify and surface relevant trends and activation opportunities to support creator and publisher engagement - Enhance community management processes by improving frameworks, workflows, and playbooks to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability. - Support the rollout of creator programs, product education moments, partnerships, and industry or TikTok-owned events that aim to drive awareness and adoption of TikTok productsMinimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Economy or Media. - Available for a full-time internship of 6 months, starting in June 2026. - Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and keep complex documents accurate and up to date. - Detail-oriented and structured mindset, ensuring high accuracy when tracking campaigns, inputs, and programming elements. - Strong interest in either of the following fields: sport, entertainment and creator marketing. - Fluency and strong written communication abilities in German and English is required for content planning and cross-team coordination Preferred Qualifications - Interest in content, digital marketing, and platform ecosystems, with a good sense for trends and what drives engagement. - Proactive and reliable, comfortable taking ownership of tasks and following through in a fast-paced environment. - Clear communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Curiosity and willingness to learn, especially around campaign operations, content programming, and process optimization. - Broader marketing exposure and events management experience are highly desirable.
