Responsibilities
  • Work directly with a serial-entrepreneur founding team and get unfiltered exposure to how a high-growth AI startup is built
  • Own processes end-to-end across the company, from creating high-impact offers, templates, and internal assets to building the systems that let us scale
  • Drive growth and go-to-market initiatives, launching marketing campaigns and content that shape how the market sees Moonscale
  • Build and optimize our AI avatar setups, directly influencing the product our customers experience
  • Lead the execution of company events, founder travel, and strategic offsites
  • Run business operations end-to-end, taking full ownership of the workflows that keep the company moving fast


Qualifications
  • You are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field
  • You have initial practical experience through internships or working student positions
  • You are a native German speaker with fluent English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • You are based in the Munich metropolitan area
  • Ideally you bring previous experience in a startup, consulting, VC, or high-growth tech environment
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus
  • You are proficient with modern productivity tools (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar)
