Aufgaben:The following tasks await you for 6 months from June 2026 or a later start date: Taking on administrative and organizational tasks Further development and support of processes for the entire LAT Group Support with application management including independent coordination of appointments and interviews Support in various projects and in the day-to-day business of HR support Research on labor law and personnel policy issues Creation and preparation of documents and presentations

Qualifikation:We are looking for employees who are full of ideas and energy and who can organize their working hours and freedom flexibly and responsibly. You are a team player and have excellent communication skills. In addition to respectful interaction with colleagues, you have the following skills: Degree in business administration, economics, psychology or law with a focus on human resources or comparable knowledge acquired during your studies Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between Bachelor's and Master's degree (Gap Initial experience through internships or working student activities desirable Independent and solution-oriented way of working Quick comprehension and commitment Creative way of thinking and enjoy conceptualization Further information can also be found in our FAQs .
