You will support global IT project managers in planning, tracking and reporting project milestones

You will assist in coordinating change management activities such as stakeholder engagement, impact analyses, readiness tracking, and communication between IT, HR, and business departments

You will support the development and distribution of internal communication materials, training documents, and user guides to promote the adoption of digital tools such as Microsoft Copilot 

You will manage onboarding and offboarding processes for project team members

You will develop and automate workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and other Office 365 tools to increase operational efficiency

Current studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field 

Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; additional languages are a plus (e.g., Spanish, French, Italian) 

Independent and analytical working style with strong attention to detail 

Very good knowledge of MS Office applications 

Familiarity with change management frameworks 

Previous internships or working student experience, as well as an understanding of HR business processes, are advantageous
