You’ll bring a fresh perspective on how we do things. You’ll work alongside experienced finance professionals, get hands-on exposure to portfolio management and early-stage startup valuation, and apply your theoretical finance knowledge in a real fund environment. At the same time, we want you to actively challenge our existing processes: identify where AI tools, automation, and modern fintech can make our workflows smarter, faster, and more robust.
What we hope you bring to the role:
  • Currently pursuing a university degree, recently graduated, or between academic programs, with a strong interest in finance, accounting, and business administration.

  • Curious, open-minded, a team player, and possessing a global mindset.

  • Strong analytical skills with a fact-driven and pragmatic problem-solving approach.

  • Genuine interest in AI, automation, and the question of how modern technology can reshape financial workflows - you follow trends, form opinions, and like to experiment.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software, data tools, or AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g. Python basics, Power Automate, or LLM-based tools) is a plus.

  • Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken.

  • Available to work full-time for 6 months in our Berlin office.

  • Must have valid work authorization for Germany.
