Tasks

• Order Processing: You will handle and track customer orders from acceptance to delivery, ensuring that everything is completed on time and accurately.
• Customer Service: You will be the direct contact for our customers via email, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Returns & Exchanges: You will process returns and exchanges, ensuring a quick and hassle-free resolution.
• Review Management: You will regularly monitor customer reviews, reach out when necessary to offer solutions, and post targeted responses to actively improve the customer experience and strengthen trust in our brand.
• Reporting: You will maintain customer data and order statuses and assist in generating reports on orders and customer interactions.
• Collaboration & Coordination: You will work closely with other teams like marketing and logistics to ensure a seamless and outstanding customer experience.

• Review Management: Du überwachst regelmäßig Kundenbewertungen, nimmst bei Bedarf Kontakt auf, um Lösungen anzubieten, und veröffentlichst gezielte Antworten, um das Kundenerlebnis aktiv zu verbessern und das Vertrauen in unsere Marke zu stärken.
• Reporting: Du pflegst die Kundendaten und Bestellstatus und unterstützt uns bei der Erstellung von Reports zu Bestellungen und Kundeninteraktionen.
• Kollaboration und Koordination: Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Teams wie Marketing und Logistik zusammen, um eine nahtlose und hervorragende Kundenerfahrung sicherzustellen.

Requirements

English

• You are a student (m/f/d) in a relevant field of study (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communications).
• You have an interest in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Online Marketing.
• You bring initiative, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
• You speak fluent English, and German is a plus.
• You have experience with common office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and ideally also with Google Workspace.
• Prior experience in E-Commerce is a plus.
• You are motivated, proactive, and able to structure and complete tasks independently while taking responsibility for your results.
