The Job
The Market Research Intern role is a unique hybrid of an Assistant Research Analyst and a Bilingual Research Coordinator. The workload is distributed weekly based on project needs, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment. This role requires bilingual fluency (English and German) and a passion for gaming, technology, and consumer insights.
In the internship phase, you will be required to learn and contribute to all phases of the quantitative and qualitative research process, including:
- Study design, questionnaire development, participant recruitment, and data analysis.
- Quality control for survey programming logic, data tables, and final reports.
- Provide support to senior analysts and coordinators on a variety of client projects.
- Assist in communication between German and global team members and clients.
The Profile
- You have a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Market Research, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, or related fields.
- Prior experience in market research or related fields would be preferred.
- You have hands-on experience working with Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SPSS is a plus.
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for gaming, digital media, consumer technology, or related fields would help you succeed in this role
- Experience or prior exposure to German and international gaming communities would be a solid plus
- Fluent proficiency in English and native German, both written and verbal, is required to assist communication between German and global team members and clients.
- You are a team player and have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

For this role, we are looking for a versatile and motivated individual to join their international team in Germany. This position begins as a Market Research Intern for three to six months, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as an Assistant Research Analyst & Research Coordinator based on performance.
