The Job
Our client is seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our international team in Germany. This position begins as a Market Research Intern for three months or more, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as an Assistant Research Analyst & Research Coordinator based on performance. The workload distribution will adjust weekly based on project needs, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment.
As an intern, you will be responsible to learn and contribute to all phases of the quantitative and qualitative research process, including:
- Study design, questionnaire development, participant recruitment, and data analysis.
- Quality control for survey programming logic, data tables, and final reports.
You will also support senior analysts and coordinators on a variety of client projects, and also assist in communication between German and global team members and clients.
The Profile
- You hold a Bachelor's or equivalent qualification preferably in business administration, market research, sociology, psychology, or anthropology. Prior experience in market research or related roles would be ideal.
- You are passionate about gaming, or you are an avid gamer who would love to build your career in this industry.
- Experience with German and international gaming communities would be advantageous.
- Fluency in English and German at C2 level or native proficiency (both written and verbal) is essential for effective communication with German and international team members and clients..
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- You have hands-on experience working with Excel and PowerPoint, and Familiarity with SPSS is a plus.
- You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
- You thrive in remote distributed work environments and work with a strong sense of ownership.
This is a full-time, flexible role requiring approximately 40 hours per week, with occasional weekend work offset by weekday adjustments.
