    Scalable Capital was founded in 2014 and is active in Germany, Austria, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and the UK. In addition to its business for private clients, the company operates B2B solutions. Its long-standing partners include ING, Barclays Bank in the UK, the robo-advisor Oskar, and the Santander Group in Spain.     Job Description

  • Support our Chief of Staff and CEO Office in their daily work, working closely with our Founders and management
  • Support annual planning and strategy processes and documentation thereof
  • Support with the development, implementation and maintenance of new management and governance documentation and reporting in line with regulatory requirements
  • Support with drafting and updating of internal documentation and preparation of presentations for management
  • Provide project management support to our corporate governance and strategy workstreams
  • Work closely with various stakeholders and functions across Scalable by providing templates and guidance on governance related deliverables

    • Qualifications

  • You are studying towards a degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Management or equivalent
  • First experience in project management activities
  • Strong interest in navigating the German regulatory landscape 
  • Initial knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements ( BAIT, MaRisk, etc.)
  • Strong interest in compliance, governance and controlling topics
  • Ability to work detail oriented in a fast paced environment
  • First experience in reviewing and writing governance documentation for regulated firms
  • You have concise verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Minimum duration of the internship: 3 Months
