As a Founder’s Associate focused on Venture Building, you’ll work directly with the founding team to explore and validate new business opportunities at the frontier of AI x Data.

We’re a young company led by repeat founders who previously built startups, created and ran a VC fund, and supported over 20 early-stage companies across Europe. Now we’re building the foundational data layer for the agentic AI age.

As one of our first hires, you’ll help define new product directions — and shape how we operate as a company from day one.

From Day 1, you will:

• Research and validate underserved B2B use cases for agentic/AI-native systems
• Engage directly with potential users and customers to understand needs, pain points, and buying behavior
• Benchmark successful startups (especially in the US) to identify whitespace and localization opportunities
• Design and test new business models, pricing strategies, and value propositions
• Draft internal memos, market maps, and early MVP/feature specs
• Contribute to shaping new tools, APIs, or insights products from idea to prototype
• Support go/no-go decisions based on market feedback and early traction signals

The ideal outcome of your internship: we launch a new product or revenue-generating stream that you helped originate and shape.

If the fit is strong, a follow-up working student or full-time offer is possible.

Requirements

• You are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Previous experience in startups, strategy consulting, VC, product management, or similar fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and structured thinking — you break down ambiguity into actionable steps
• Great communicator (written + verbal) who can confidently talk to users and synthesize insights
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, curious, comfortable with uncertainty, and execution-oriented
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)

This is a voluntary internship for a maximum of 3 months or a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) as part of a university degree. Please indicate your eligibility in your application.
