At FORMEL SKIN, influencer marketing is a central part of our growth strategy. As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting impactful creator campaigns and learn how performance marketing and brand storytelling come together to drive real business results. You’ll work closely with our experienced team to help manage partnerships, explore new content niches, and develop your understanding of what makes campaigns successful.

What you'll be doing

• Support Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and coordinating influencer campaigns on Instagram and YouTube, from research and outreach to tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Identify Promising Creators: Research influencers in the skincare, wellness, and health space, helping assess fit based on content quality, brand alignment, and potential reach.
• Monitor Campaign Activity: Support the team in gathering campaign results and organizing performance reports, while learning how key KPIs influence strategic decisions.
• Manage Communication: Help maintain smooth communication with influencer partners—organizing briefs, reviewing content, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Learn how influencer marketing fits into broader brand and performance initiatives across paid, CRM, and organic channels.

What you need to succeed

• Eagerness to Learn: You’re curious about influencer marketing and excited to build your skills in campaign coordination and performance analysis.
• Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in German and confident communicating in English, both written and verbal.
• Organized & Proactive: You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to take ownership of your tasks.
• Growth Mindset: You’re motivated to develop a data-informed way of thinking and explore how marketing decisions are shaped by KPIs and performance insights.
• Bonus: Interest in skincare, wellness, or digital content creation is a plus!
