Als Praktikant:in in unserem Support Team hilfst du dem gesamten Xentral Support unsere Kunden besser und schneller zu unterstützen. Hört sich interessant an? Deine Aufgaben:

Du verschaffst dir einen Überblick über aktuelle SOPs, Informationsseiten und Troubleshooting Guides auf unseren Confluence Seiten

Die Projektverantwortung liegt bei dir: Du gehst aktiv auf mögliche Stakeholder zu, triffst eine Vorauswahl, welche Guides überarbeitet werden müssen und archivierst nicht mehr relevante Beiträge

Mit dem fachlichen Input aus den einzelnen Teams überarbeitest du die aktuelle Dokumentation und erstellst neue Guides

Du hast die Chance während deines Praktikums sehr tief in die Struktur des Supports einzutauchen und unsere Arbeit aus nächster Nähe kennen zu lernen

Dein Profil:

Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbares Studium und bist schon in einem fortgeschritten Semester deines Bachelorstudiums oder du studierst im Master

Idealerweise hast du schon erste Erfahrung mit Confluence sammeln können

Du kommunizierst gerne mit verschiedene Stakeholdern und deine detaillierte Arbeitsweise hilft dir, den Überblick über deine Aufgaben zu behalten

Du hast Spaß an der Kommunikation und idealerweise ist B2B-Support für dich nichts Neues.

Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Englisch (C1) und Deutsch (C1).
