Aufgaben

• Product & AI Integration: Work at the intersection of product, sales, and client success. You’ll support the development of our AI product and collaborate with early pilot customers to refine it.
• Business Development: Support key partnerships and customer acquisition efforts.
• Operations Excellence: Lead and optimize internal workflows. Take full ownership of projects that enhance team efficiency and execution.
• Fundraising Support: Work closely with the founders on fundraising tasks and gain exposure to Berlin’s VC ecosystem.
• Your 20% Project: Take charge of your own high-impact side project that aligns with your strengths and interests. We’ll define it together at the start of your internship.

Qualifikation

• Recently graduated or final-year BSc/MSc student in Business (focus on entrepreneurship is a plus)
• Exceptional drive and hunger to win—relentless, competitive, fast-moving
• Comfortable with startup speed: we move fast, text late, and grind hard
• Comfortable with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making (including fast exits if it’s not a fit)
• Fluent in English (German a plus, not required)
• Mission-driven mindset and no-nonsense attitude—you're not afraid to triple-text
