Tasks What You’ll Be Doing We’re now looking for a Talent Scout - Intern/Working Student to join us and play a key role in fueling our talent pipeline! As a Sourcer, you’ll be on the front lines of our recruiting efforts. Your mission? Find and engage amazing talent across Europe to join top-tier sales teams. Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms Craft personalized outreach messages to generate interest and leads Generate qualified meetings for your Talent Advisor Collaborate with Talent Advisors to understand hiring needs Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines for active roles Use data, AI and other tools to optimize sourcing strategies Requirements What We’re Looking For You’re curious, proactive, and organized You love connecting with people and spotting potential A strong communicator, both written and verbal Interest in HR, recruiting, or sales Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a big plus (but not required) Fluent in English and German Duration: 6 months minimum Benefits Perks of working at hyrise Work from anywhere.
