How you´ll help us:

As an Order Management Specialist, your main key responsibilities

• Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail related to orders
• Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers
• Creating and processing orders in respective ERP system, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests
• Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
• Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence
• Liaise with BU International as well as, sales, warehouse and logistics departments to ensure orders are processed effectively
• Active collaboration with Solplanet International. (Corporate in China)
• Perform other support for order fulfillment, including providing suggestions to improve platform and system, reworking software or labels of products.

Requirements

Your background and skills:

• A distinct customer satisfaction focus
• Ability to handle high volume of phone calls and emails.
• Ability to prioritize and problem solving
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethics and team player.
• Strong Microsoft windows and office skills (CRM experience is an advantage), Salesforce skills will be better.
• A hungry go-getter with a strong can-do and hands-on attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - particularly verbal communication skills
