Are you a motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship and business development? We're currently looking for interns starting from August/September 2025 to join our mission at HW Gründerkapital.

We empower skilled craftsmen to build successful, future-proof businesses. Our mission is to support the next generation of artisans through operational guidance and expert support.

Tasks

• Support our sales and lead generation efforts by developing strategies to attract craftsmen businesses to our platform
• Help build scalable lead generation processes, including automating outreach with tools like scrapers, CRMs, and other systems
• Collaborate with our Founders and Senior Leadership on key strategic decisions shaping our sales funnel, partnerships, and marketing growth
• Establish relationships with key organizations (e.g., HWK, Meisterschulen) to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads
• Assist in analyzing and optimizing lead generation efforts for maximum efficiency

Requirements

• Fluent in German (C1/C2)
• You are a top-tier student with a strong interest in startups and entrepreneurship
• A proactive mindset with experience or interest in building and automating business processes
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving attitude
