Product Operations Intern (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about Product Management and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment? Join our team at Moonfare as a Product Operations Intern where you will play a crucial role in supporting our product operations and driving improvements to our product. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Product Operations team, contribute to key projects, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

You will:

  • Become an expert with the Moonfare toolbox, you will own our bug board as well as the resolution and triaging process around it
  • Independently investigate issues and provide solutions that help the entire company
  • Have the opportunity to implement product related projects, impacting the way we operate in product
  • Support data collection, maintain data integrity, develop dashboards and perform analyses to aid decision-making
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s product operations business model
  • Work on ad-hoc product projects, including data analyses, auditing, supporting product manager requests, and cross-team collaboration
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement backed by data and share insights with product leaders to explore new opportunities and enhance team/product performance

    • The next Moonfarian:

  • A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous Internship experience within a Fintech startup, Investment Bank, Private Equity firm or Consulting firm
  • Experience in Operations, Product, or bug solving, with proficiency in Jira
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly driven, independent and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Hands-on mentality with entrepreneurial thinking
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English

    • Salary: 2200€ gross per month

    • To be eligible for this position you should:

  • Have at least six months availability.
  • Have a valid Visa/Work Permit.
  • Be based in Berlin. (Relocation support is not available)
