Intro About NoiLabs Our aim at NoiLabs is to assist Creators in their journey from content creation to entrepreneurship. Mastering all aspects of business while creating content can present considerable obstacles. Finding competent team members who grasp your content creation methods and are budget-friendly can be challenging. This is where NoiLabs comes in – to aid creators in recruiting top talent worldwide. Our team works remotely, with founders based in Berlin Germany. Tasks Tasks As a Content Creator / Strategist Intern, you will play a key role in defining and implementing NoiLabs' content strategy to engage creators and build a strong online presence. Your work will directly impact brand growth, audience engagement, and community building. You will: Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to inform content planning. Plan, Shoot and create social media posts, video content ,blog content, newsletters and website content copy as per the content calendar to drive engagement and conversions. Analyze content performance using analytics tools and refine strategies based on engagement data. Requirements Requirements This role is ideal for a creative, analytical, and strategic thinker who understands what makes digital content effective. The ideal candidate has: A passion for content marketing, digital storytelling, and the creator economy. Excellent writing and editing skills, with an ability to craft engaging, high-quality content. Know-how of video editing and design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.). Strong research and analytical skills, with an ability to translate insights into actionable content strategies. The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
