About us

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

  • Degree in Economics, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Very good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Friendly demeanor and team player.
  • Meticulous work style with attention to detail.
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Motivated to contribute new ideas and suggestions for improvement.
  • Experience with Korean culture or other Asian cultures is desirable.
  • Openness to diverse activities in HR.
  • You are available for 6 months.

    • Your tasks

  • General Personnel Administration.
  • Support in absence management.
  • Maintenance and management of employee master data (both digital and physical).
  • Participation in contract management and the creation of newsletters.
  • Monitoring work permits and enrollment certificates.
  • Issuing employer and vacation certificates.
  • Preparation of employment and interim references.
  • Support in the planning of company events and activities.
  • Assistance in the creation of the monthly organizational chart for all European locations, as well as accompanying changes in the organizational structure.
  • Creating reports: various HR metrics for personnel management.
  • Involvement in various ad-hoc projects.
