Job Title: Internship - Project Supply Team (m/f/d)
Job Location: Düsseldorf / Bonn, Germany
Main Responsibilities:
To support our Supply Chain department, we are looking for a passionate team member, who will be able to join the team full time for a 6-months internship, handling following the tasks:
- Monitor Inbound & Outbound operations ensuring the materials’ inbound & outbound are timely and accurate
- (Customer) warehouse inventory management and discrepancy analysis
- Generate and monitor operation related reports
- Support Supply Manager to manage and maintain the relationship to customer
- Caring about customer purchase order management from order entry up to billing and revenue recognition to support the successful commercial closure
- Support Supply manager in material planning and control as well as help to evaluate on risk and issue management
Requirements:
- Enrolled in Bachelor / Master’s studies with background in Supply Chain Management and Logistics or similar domain
- Basic experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation or Warehousing
- Strong communication skills and ability adapt to fast-changing environment
- Good team spirit and ability to tackle challenges within multicultural business environment to succeed even with tight deadlines
- Fluent English and German is a must; Mandarin is a plus
