Are you keen to become a part of the AVA & MAY journey and have at least 4, ideally 6 months to spare? Then we are looking for you (m/f/x)!  Become part of our marketing team and support us as an intern with a focus on influencer marketing and as social media support for our international markets (France & Italy).Your tasks

Support the team in implementing influencer marketing campaigns

• Work closely with the Influencer Marketing team to identify, recruit and collaborate with suitable influencers for specific campaigns. Assist in operational tasks such as negotiating contracts, creating briefings, coordinating product shipments, and ensuring timely deliverables.

Support influencer relationship management 

• You will support us in maintaining influencer relations and handling contact requests. You actively help with all steps of ongoing influencer collaborations, e.g. sourcing & outreach, follow-up requests, as well as the organization and implementation of sendouts.

Monitor campaign performances 

• Assist in tracking and analyzing KPIs to evaluate the success of influencer marketing campaigns. Conduct weekly reports and provide in-depth recommendations for future campaigns based on performance analysis.

Your profile

• Available from September 1st 2025 for a minimum of four months to preferably six months. 

• A passion for influencer culture, social media and digital marketing trends.

• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Fluent in French and English. Italian is a plus.

• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus. 

• Experience in project management is a plus. 

• Basic knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to interpret data.
