As a Business Development Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our growth by identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, and contributing to strategic projects. With your proactivity and high autonomy to improve processes and build up thins from scratch. This is your chance to dive deep, grow fast, and become a true business development pro. Your mission

• End-to-End Project Ownership: Independently drive Cross-Departmental Projects across Product, Marketing and Customer Success in close collaboration with the management team. Analyze existing data enable data-driven decision making 
• Process Design and Improvement: Identify operational pain points with stakeholders, leverage data to prioritize fixes, to  ideate, and implement scalable processes.
• Strategic Partnerships & Initiatives: Foster our growth through strengthening our strategic partnerships and work on special projects where you analyze our data and the market related to leverage GTM, Pricing and the launch of new products.
• Market Analysis & Strategic Insights: Support strategic descisions an communication by conducting in-depth market and competitor analyses and deriving recommendations for action.
• Explore & Experiment with AI Tools to Become AI-Native: Proactively research and pilot emerging AI Integrations to accelerate key workflows and drive company adoption.

What we are looking for?

• Academic Background: You’re currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Tech Affinity: Tech-savvy and curious about emerging tools and innovations, ideally, you’ve already explored No-Code platforms, automation, or AI tools.
• Mindset & Culture Fit: You’re a self-starter with an ownership mindset, a bias for action, and resilience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. You’re motivated to help build a fast-growing company from the ground up and thrive in dynamic, hands-on settings.
• Curiosity & Drive: You’re eager to learn everything about business development, sales, growth, and startups. You seek out challenges and continuously look for ways to improve.
• Communication & Collaboration: You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, German is a plus. You enjoy engaging with new people and have no hesitation in reaching out, collaborating, or presenting ideas.
• Autonomy & Initiative: You work independently, take initiative, and bring a proactive, solution-oriented attitude to everything you do.
