Intro We are seeking a highly motivated "R&D & IP Consulting Intern” - fully remote possible if Germany-based Tasks Your Mission: Contribute to ICODOS’ intellectual property (IP) expansion by acquiring competitive public financing for research & development (R&D) and translating R&D efforts into IP Requirements Outcomes you will achieve: You helped to raise funds through participation in Research and Development (R+D) Projects , which includes creating and evaluating concepts for projects, defining ICODOS’ role inside the project, contacting with partners for collaboration and writing proposals for getting the fund. You developed procedures to expand and protect Intellectual property rights (IPR) , which includes identifying innovations to be protected under IPR, performing search about IPR expansion potentials, and delivering information to patent attorneys. You identified new grant-funded R+D opportunities, finding and evaluating the most suitable partners and concepts to fit into them. You created a database with company contacts and available funding opportunities (calls) for an easy selection of the best partners. You suggested new areas of R+D to explore using IPR tools (e.g., competitive and market intelligence) and evaluated jointly with the R+D team those to be explored further. These competencies would help you to strive in your new role: Strong self-organization and ability to manage deeply technical documents Strong writing skills - expressing clearly and convincingly Obsession with Public Financing and R+D of breakthrough innovation Strong proactivity - doing things beyond your job description Passion for learning and "going down the rabbit whole” These experiences would help you to strive in your new role: Writing of funding grants (national/EU projects) Publishing of (scientific) papers, reports, studies, etc. Master/PhD in chemical engineering, process engineering or chemistry Benefits What we offer Salary : 2100 EUR per month Choice: We want you to strive!
